I was wondering the same thing, but then I noticed he and a seatmate were wearing Team Finland jerseys. Perhaps the guy was a Finlander "forgiving" Teemu (presumably tongue in cheek) for leaving the homeland?
Even though that's still weird too, it would make a little more sense than if the sign guy were a Winnipegger. We could then just chalk it up to just another crazy Finlander and their crazy Finnish sense of humour.
