Why are they skipping Regina?
I assume they couldn't find any mall space in Winnipeg to do it here. No point in doing it at Portage Place.
Or maybe they just don't give a crap about Winnipeg.

I can understand their interest in the latter six (reportedly known in industry slang as "VECTOM"), as those cities account for about one-half of all retail sales in Canada and are thus a big deal to advertisers.
But Halifax? That's a bit of a mystery. A nice city by all means, and the unofficial business capital of the East Coast, but a small market beyond that.
